The dining experience at Refinery Grill was satisfying, with generous portions of Reuben and Smoked meat sandwiches accompanied by fries and poutine. The food was tasty, and the service was friendly and attentive in a clean restaurant setting. Despite a minor preference for grilled bread, the overall experience was enjoyable, making it a place worth revisiting for a wholesome meal.

Service n food used to be excellent but since the Pandemic regular costumers are coming back and expecting the same service n food but the owners are just not providing it. The staff are put in a position to apologies for the food taking over hour to come out of the kitchen. The owner should be the ones coming to the customers's table n apologizing not their staff. I was very very disappointed with how long it took for our food to come out of the kitchen today! Mike, Tamara you need to step up to the plate and start acknowledging your regular customers! Just saying

Absolutely incredible food and service! Would highly recommend to anyone who likes really good food and great great atmosphere, and our server was awesome thanks for a great meal in these difficult times!
