For three years, I searched for a decent bowl of ramen in west Edmonton, and I finally discovered a fantastic spot. On a dreary, rainy Sunday, my girlfriend and I found ourselves at a bustling restaurant that had eluded me for so long. The chicken karaage was deliciously crunchy, and both of our ramen bowls-hers with tonkotsu and mine with chili goma-were rich in flavor, making the experience well worth the wait.
