Disgusting attitudes towards customers. I have been here a few times since they’ve opened ALWAYS with the mindset of them being newly opened and the fact that there is a employee shortage. The first two times they were unable to give me the first three dink choice I wanted and a menu item I wanted. OK. They are new and are having to figure out ordering I suppose. I just kept ordering items until we came to one they could make. The food was kinda cold and the drink warm, but I’ve had worse. The last time (and I do mean the last time because I will NEVER go back) I ordered at the screen, after waiting 25 minutes in line, and was told they were out of the drinks we wanted so we ordered different drinks. I pulled up to the window after another 15-20 minutes and paid. We waited there for about 5 minutes and the came to the window and asked if it was OK for my chicken power bowl to not have beans. I said not really because that is one of the reasons I ordered it. I just asked for a refund and they told me NO because I had already paid for it. Well, right! That is the exact reason I am asking for my power bowl to be refunded. Nope. They just looked at me and I looked at them wondering why they even asked if it was OK for the bowl to not have beans🤦♀️ Where do we go from there if they aren’t willing to give me a refund. I took the power bowl and not only was it missing beans but it was missing sour cream, guacamole and rice. I basically received a little bit of chicken (of which I ordered a double portion and didn’t receive it) a scant amount of lettuce and about
a cup of the sauce they put on it. 100% disgusting!!! The dining room was closed and doors locked so there was no way to go back in and possibly speak with a manager, but I’m afraid the shift manager was the person who said no refund.
When the Taco Bell was located in downtown Middlebury it was well run by the manager with very kind and courteous employees. The food was usually well made and made correctly. I’ve been a loyal Taco Bell fan for 34 years, but I’m pretty much done with them. I am totally done with the dumpster fire on US20.
