I had the pleasure of trying sandwiches from Sgt Cheddars at a local art event and was blown away by their creativity. The Empire Strikes Mac, which combines pulled pork and mac and cheese, was a standout for me, although I usually opt for a customizable option with an egg instead of meat, though it could use a bit more heat.
