While we felt welcomed, we did not enjoy our experience. To start, the uniforms. We understand it's a mixture between a restaurant and a bar but the waitresses having nothing but sport clothing-- sport bras and very short spandex shorts.
The theme. I feel as the theme was not met. While they had a few anime related items and 1 anime playing on the TV (dragon ball) it wasn't really "Japanese".
The culture wasn't being appreciated in my opinion.
The music. They had VERY loud music and the bass was so heavy it could be felt through the tables and booths. I know the place is lively but it was way too much, too much rap, and very loud.
The food. Oh, the food. Pardon me, but the food was not good at all. 3/10 if you will.
It was bland, small portions for the price and poorly presented.
The miso soup was absolutely flavorless. It tasted like water with 1 pinch of salt and tofu. The Tonkotsu and chashu was extremely fatty. For the price it was not worth it.

Very disappointed. Not my favorite.
