Upon arriving, we waited unacknowledged despite the restaurant being empty, until a tall, friendly server named Chris warmly greeted us, expertly guided us through the menu, and made our dining experience unexpectedly enjoyable, especially after past disappointing visits, while the establishment maintained proper social distancing and despite an unpleasant encounter with another patron over mask-wearing in the restroom, overall making for a memorable night out after weeks of restricted dining.

Upon arrival, we experienced a lack of acknowledgment from the staff, but our server Chris turned things around with his friendly and knowledgeable service. Despite some previous service issues, Chris made our dining experience enjoyable and I would recommend dining at BBW if he's your server. As a Soldier restricted from dining out off post, I appreciate establishments that prioritize customer service like this.
