I ordered a simple strawberry and banana cake from here for my daughter's first birthday. The cake picture was cute, not fantastic but i was pleased. The cake really was moist and delicious! The only complaint from me is that i found egshells in it. I didnt hear other complaints from anyine else, but this wasnt fun, especially if my 1 year old had gotten eggshells. Hopefully this doesnt always happen, but i would consider ordering from them again.

LIZ-I just looked Cinnamon Rose online to get their contact info because I've heard good opinions on them. It sounds like to me that you're one of those people that always has to find something wrong in everything! You're a whiney complainer...blah blah blah...wah wah wah. Take your business somewhere else! They probably don't need your kind of business anyway! I will still call them to find out about their services. I don't like reading reviews that are so critical in EVERY LIL dumb detail!

since I began ordering my cakes here, I refuse to order from anywhere else. I have asked her to surprise me for my daughter's birthday, and she has not failed me yet. My favorite has to be the Pina Colada w/pecans. When I serve the cake, everyone wants to know where I ordered the cake from. The cake is ALWAYS moist and delicious. She offers a wide variety of fillings and thus far, the ones I have tried, have been excellent. She gives you choices for the toppings, all of which are tasty and not sticky sweet. For best flavor and price, you cant go wrong ordering from Cinnamon Rose.

I have always ordered my cakes for Cinnamon Rose.
I have never had a problem with any of my orders. In fact, I find that our cakes are even better than I had expected. Try the cakes with the stuffing in the middle > They are the best ever......I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone...... THEY ARE THE BEST.

I will never order from this business again.
This was the second time ordering from Cinnamon Rose. I will never make this mistake again. There was not one thing that was right on this cake.
We asked for the cake to be decorated with a hockey rink with a small puck and stick in the center and a small El Paso Rhino somewhere on the cake. We also wanted it to say Happy 6th Birthday with my kids names on it.
We got a cake that was half blue with a checkerboard patter on that half. Supposedly this blue was supposed to be ice. It looked like a big tic-tac-toe board. If they didn't know what a rink looked like, they could have bothered to ask. They had my email and phone which they failed to use. One of my kid's name was spelled incorrect. In the middle was a brown thing that was supposed to be a hockey stick but it was huge and most people thought it was a baseball bat. It looked more like a long string of poo. It was beyond ugly. There was a huge puck that was inedible (we had asked everything to be made with frosting since we are vegetarian. I have no clue what this puck was supposed to be made of but it sure the heck wasn't frosting like we asked). Then there was a red sun in the upper right hand corner. Seriously, a big red sun on what was supposed to be a hockey cake. It made no sense, and like all the other decorations, it was not what we asked for. The word rhinos spelled out in purple in the lower right hand corner.
Her excuse for this cake, where literally every single decoration was wrong was that they ordered plastic hockey figurines that didn't come in on time so she thought this would look nicer. First, I never asked for plastic figurines. If I wanted something of such a low caliber that they would stick plastic figurines on a cake, I could have gone to Wal-Mart. I asked for a rink. I got something that looked like a mess.
I will never, ever order from this business again. They got every single thing wrong. I find it appalling that a business that is supposed to be a professional business would allow something of this low caliber to walk out the door. It looked amateur at best.
One thing I want to reiterate..there was literally nothing on this cake that was correct. They have lost a customer.
