Will never eat there again!! Bad Service!! This is the second time I've been there and have to wait a hour to get served!! The first time was bad enough and thought perhaps I'd give them a second chance. Went there today and again no food!! There were about 6 people at the register also upset about not receiving their food. The worse part? No apology, they absolutely didn't care!! Asked where the owner was and they said "in the kitchen working"

I found this restaurant in El Paso while seeking out a quaint family style Mexican restaurant. This place fit the bill. The food is amazing and very authentic. The Chili con carne is unlike any I have ever tasted. More like a salsa stew with small pieces of beef and potatoe - no beans. My words don't describe it well enough. It is complex and wonderful. The home made tortilla chips are from flour not corn, which was a unique but fantastic departure from the typical. The restaurant is about 3 blocks from downtown at exit 19B off of HWY10. It is worth the trip. When I visit El Paso in the future, I will always stop at this restaurant - its great.
