Three B Saloon in Erie, PA holds a special place in my heart, even after 7 years and 1,600 miles away. The combination of bacon served with every order, fall-off-the-bone ribs, sweet potato waffle fries, and jalapeño cornbread skillet made for an unforgettable dining experience. The owner, JJ, adds a personal touch with his delicious potato skins, burnt ends, and incredible Bloody Marys featuring unique ingredients like brown sugared bacon and pickled Brussel sprouts.
