Just got their two serving platter for $23.99 - what a steal! More than enough to satisfy my hunger and then some. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely a go-to for some tasty American Mexican eats!

I have been eating at the different El Canelo restaurants, since they first came to Erie. Over the last year or so, I have been frequenting the Peach Street location primarily. I have noticed that the portion size of the meals seems to be smaller than at the other 2 locations, and that the "free" chips and salsa given out is BY FAR a much smaller portion. Today when I was there, I was waited on by the owner. I had finished the small portion of chips and salsa, and asked for another. This is when I was told that there would be a charge for additional chips. WHAT????? At the other 2 locations, you get all the chips and salsa you want......for FREE! I see that American Greed is starting to creep in with immigrant business owners after a while. I WON'T be back to this location ever again!!!
