4 of us went Friday 1/11/20 for lunch. one order, chicken salad sandwich with sweet potatoe fries - came with French fries, order of zucchini planks came with marinara, not the ranch that was requested, fish sandwich , had to ask for sauce twice, cheeseburger, big burger, one tiny slice of cheese covered roughly 1/2 or less of burger, sent back, asked for more cheese. ok, it is returned to table and set down, a thank you is said and no response and where are the French fries ? had to get server for fries.
Server sat down a full dinner plate with one dill spear on it saying she didin't want on same plate as it may taint the flavors of other things. ( other lunches had pickle on their plate with other food). All sandwiches come with tomatoe and lettuce ? yes. A request is made twice for extra napkins, they are not given. a request twice for the frnch fries and mayo, fries arrive, no mayo. The mayo is then delivered after server helps another server in the bar area move a table. The burger was much less than expected,, it's big, that's all, flavor leaves much to be desired: not the charcoal grilled experience as advertised in menu. The server seemed to be genuine in taking care of us, just not trained. got the bill, the fish sandwich was not charged at the lunch special price, two charges on there for 25 cents each for two tomatoe slices. two desserts were ordered, the chocolate cake and pomegrant cheesecake. the chocolate cake was ok, the cheesecake barly taste pomegrants. overall, sad to see a great restaurant dive like this. no excuse.

went to the thanksgiving brunch at 4 pm with 3 other people. we went to get the raw seafood and were told they were out . they substituted some kind of salmon and rice. they were serving till 7 and should not have ran out of seafood that early especially since we paid 20.00 a head for something we really wanted. other food ok. another problem with the chocalate fountain which has happened to us at other times in the past for other buffets there.!the fountain looked disgusting and never did work the whole time we were there. very disappointed with that and everything else for the money we had to pay. will not come back for the buffet ever!!!!

I used to really enjoy having dinner at the Colony but ever since Kevin has decided to BLAST OUT THE DINERS and THE neighborhood ALL THE WAY TO BEVERLY DRIVE I've decided that he really doesn't want any diners to actually enjoy their meal without going deaf! You cannot have a conversation with the person across from you because the amps are turned up so damn loud that it rattles your teeth! Goodbye Colony! It was nice knowing ya!
