One of those hidden gems! It's been there for decades, in this tiny strip mall. Turns out it's family-owned, and the food is consistently good. One of the things I appreciate is the difference in textures between dishes. Some restaurants buy all their produce pre-chopped and it shows. Great Wall prepares produce differently for a subgum chow mein, a stir fry, or a soup. The hand done touch makes a difference. Sauces are flavorful, and it's possible to customize dishes. Always friendly, welcoming service. Rarely very busy, good place for kids.
