Coordinating my mom's surprise 60th birthday from California was tricky, but Smitty's Italian Steakhouse on Franklin Street made it super easy with great communication from Katie and the chef. The food was fantastic-everyone loved the bar, the private room, and the perfectly cooked steaks, plus the service from Christina and the bartender was on point. Though some dishes like the calamari and side salad could improve, the overall vibe, quality food, and friendly staff made it a memorable experience for our big group.

Planning a party for a large group while living far away from Evansville can be challenging, but Smitty's Italian Steakhouse on Franklin St. was exceptional in organizing my Mom's Surprise 60th Birthday Party. They were very communicative and made sure everything was ready for a successful event. The private room and bar were convenient, and the food received rave reviews from all the guests.

My wife and I read all the reviews and the food was really good! The atmosphere is great! And the service top notch! Our waitress Christina did a fantastic job and we will definitely be back!
