Best fresh sushi in the fairbanks

If this was in a bigger city, it would be famous for its fresh, flavorful sushi and creative rolls like the unique Hiroshi's Hako. The staff are warm and attentive, and they even surprise you with complimentary miso soup and dessert, which made the whole experience feel extra special. The atmosphere is relaxing with beautiful plates and decorations, though it was a bit quiet during lunch, but the delicious food and friendly service definitely made up for it.

The unassuming eatery boasted the most delectable fare I've encountered in Fairbanks, with an expansive selection of both sushi and cooked dishes. The ambiance was serene, though the hushed atmosphere left much to be desired, with only a lone table occupied during our visit.

I order the Bento Box Beef and hardly any teriyaki on the beef, was so disappointed!

1st time ordering.. Was VERY disappointed!! $50.00 for 3 small orders of lasvegas rolls and sesame chicken. Will never order from them again. Ajimi is the only place I will go to for now on!!!! Could of got the crap we got from a gas station!!!!
