Amanda handled the floor with impressive speed and a genuine smile, making the whole BBQ experience even more enjoyable. The smoky, tender meats paired with a cold beer and those crispy fries had me savoring every bite, proving this joint's flavor-packed reputation is well deserved.

I used to eat here 4 or 5 times a year whenever I got the craving for BBQ. My last three visits from summer 2020 to January 2021 have all been bad- burnt or old sides, dry meat, and more than once hair in the food. When I pointed out the hair in the food for a take out order they refused to refund it. Big Daddy's used to be some of the better BBQ in Fairbanks, but now it's a joke.
