Staff seated and served us quickly, were friendly and open, and the food was awesome. Overall a great experience, and a place I would definitely recommend.

We've eaten here for years. When we let the owners know there was something wrong with the meat, they looked into it. The supplier was fired and the new supplier (meat) was great. I get a Porter burger or Rib eye. My spouse gets ribs, steak or halibut. We get substitutes for the waffle fries, such as salad or coleslaw. They've been skimping on the coleslaw lately. Don't know why but it may be due to what's available in town. And they aren't making their own Onion rings anymore which were much better than the store-bought onion rings. We love the food here and the staff is great!

I haven’t been to Brewsters for a while, today I ordered the special three cheese burger, it came in a timely manner but was lukewarm and the waffle fries were cold, for that price I expected better quality... I was further disappointed with the waitress response when I told her politely about my meal and received a lame excuse and no offer to make it right. I probably won’t be back.

Had a Ribeye Steak Dinner delivered and OMG my total compliments to everyone making my dinner complete!!! It was cooked perfectly and delivery was fast and such a nice person! I will make this my preferred place for excellent food😊

The nicest waitress I've ever had. She was so friendly and attentive. They had a nice selection of beers as well. Food was very good.

My very favorite restaurant in Fairbanks. Good is quick and tasy. A touch pricey, but what isn't in Fairbanks?
