I ordered latkes and they were salty and burnt. I thought this was just a one off. On my second visit at request of my co-worker and it was worse. Needlessly to say she can no longer say that BernBaums has great food. To my dismay the counter people were holding and petting a dog whose owner brought in for a visit. I love animals. I ordered chicken walnut salad to go and upon arriving home it was trout. My cat really enjoyed it, however it was to be my supper. Poor, desperate, dishonest company. Please DO NOT PET ANIMALS AND SERVE FOOD !! I can only surmise that the cooks are unclean as well!! I will NEVER RETURN !!!
