I had been ordering from Osaka 4 days straight being that I was visiting my sister and every time I’d get the same thing , this last time I ordered the same thing it was a call in , I got there and my food wasn’t ready waited 30 more min wait , my order was incorrect but I live an hour out , as soon as I got home I found out my order was incorrect and called the manager to fix it , he told me that I needed to come back so he could refund my money or remake my order so that’s what I did , however when I got there the owner/manager was very rude and made comments towards me that were very rude and offensive, he lost me and my family as customers so disappointing
