I made an order through grubhub which of course... grubhub screwed up on... the delivery girl canceled my order last min. SO... when I got in touch with the store and re-ordered through grubhub, Not Even Crumbs went above and beyond making sure my order was done ASAP and even added on 2 extra cupcakes... the issue was never their fault and they did not have to, but they did. The answered my call promptly and got in touch with grubhub to sort things out. EXCELLENT customer service & we would most definitely order from them again!!!
