The food always impresses with its freshness and flavor, especially the mixed berry salad with salmon. I enjoy grabbing a smoothie or juice after my gym sessions, and the energizer juice is a favorite, though I wish it were served colder. The staff is friendly, and the vibe is inviting, making it a convenient spot for a quick bite or drink while juggling mom life and workouts.
