What a waste of $17.00. :-( Unfriendly staff and boring food. Not to mention the cashier gave us back the wrong change-in their favor, of course. They should change their name to Hamburger Hell.

This place is horrible. The girl at the cash register had no people skills. She is not friendly at all, and very slow. The table we sat at was sticky and there were no napkins. I watched another couple sitting a few tables down eat. One had already gotten his food and the lady was sitting there for 15 minutes when someone came out of the kitchen to tell her they were out of something. She canceled her order. The hamburger was bland and my onion rings were burnt. The best part of the experience was the exit door.

Our food was so slow and the burger was dry. It tasted like it was pre-cooked and sitting under a heat light, but perhaps it was just simply overcooked.
The salt shaker was wet and clogged with God knows what and my table was sticky. The cashier was rude and SLOW.
I was the only customer and now I know why.

Food was slow to come out, even though there were few customers in the place-three other people. The onion rings were burnt and the burger was pretty bland. The lady that took our order and brought our food was less than friendly and overall, it was a negative dining experience. I will not go back and I encourage you to look elsewhere for your meal.

The only negative thing about this place is the parking. Great burgers, made fresh everyday.

Nothing has changed at the restaurant, same good burgers. The staff always makes you fee welcome.

The new owners changed from hand-pattied burgers made fresh every day, to frozen burgers. Not the best idea, and you can really tell in the taste. I will find a new place to eat from now on.
