We placed our first order with The Wing Company in Hope Mills this afternoon. It took an hour and a half for the food to arrive and they're 8min away. To make matters worse, we only got half of our order and part of that wasn't edible. When I called The Wing Company to tell them we were missing a burger, fries, mac n cheese and our dipping sauces. I was told "All of that was given to the Door Dash driver" so you'll have to take that up with them". The Door Dash driver said "you got what they gave me". So I called The Wing Company back and asked for the manager. Courtney, the manager said she would refund the food we didn't get and blamed it all on Door Dash and me for ordering online!! I said I'm coming up there to return the rest of it because I ordered directly from The Wing Company's website not DD. When I got there she wouldn't refund the rest of the food so I just left it there. We paid $64 for ten wings and a soggy order of nachos!! I will never order from The Wing Company because of the way Courtney handled this. Also, Door Dash said they wouldn't refund anything because we ordered directly from The Wing Company. So to hell with them too!! What a frign' mess and waste of my hard earned money!!
