At first the place is very nice and clean. Very excited to have a nice steak dinner with my family.
We call ahead for a reservation. Come to restaurant and the manager on shift tells us glad you reminded me. 🤷ðŸ»"â™‚ï¸ No big deal things happen you get busy.
We sit down and it takes 30 minutes to get water. The waiter finally makes it to us we order a few beers and fountain drinks. 27 minutes later our warm beers come out and they forget or fountain drinks. We order our food very basic order a few steaks and ribs it takes over another hour to get our food. So far we are about 2 hours into dinner for a drink and food. I don't recommend ordering a steak at a steak restaurant they don't know how to cook what you order everything is the same cooked 3 mins on each side. It's a joke here. You ask for anything it's over an hour wait if they even remember what you ask for.
We asked for the manager multiple times and 45 mins later he comes to our table. We address our issues and he don't care. I asked what his problem is and he made up some personal excuse. Sir you run a restaurant and nothing is right. I will never go back. Please read this review before you waste your hard working money on this over priced crap you get. As an owner I would be embarrassed of the management of this place as I don't blame employees because it's a lack of management training. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! DONT Spend YOUR MONEY HERE.
