We ate at Plantasia last summer. It was so good we went back twice and would have gone a third time had we not got the hours mixed up. They served over the top delicious wholesome vegan cuisine. We are moving to Sedona and have been day dreaming about their lentil loaf with rosemary mashed potatoes, homestyle FOOD TO LIVE FOR; the most important ingredient was LOVE. We are sad to learn they are no longer in business and can't imagine that everyone wouldn't enjoy their food as much as we did. It takes time to build a clientele. Had I only reviewed them sooner? Healthy food makes for a happy body and a bright spirit. Keep sharing the good stuff. That's what the world needs more of. Thanks to Plantasia for giving it a go. We will hope for another chance to indulge, perhaps The Toasted Owl might offer some vegan specials from the Plantasia menu? That would be awesome.♡ Cheers!
