Best Chinese food I've ever had. Crispy beef and Avocado Chicken are our favorites with an appetizer of lettuce wraps. They used to have a restaurant in Payson also but the distance was too much having to cross the Mogollion Rim at nite and after a couple accidents with animals, they closed the Payson store. Now we several times a year commute from Payson to the Village of Oak Creek because the food is that good. The Ho Family is so gracious and the food is that good that we look forward to our sojourns of about an hour and a half several times a year. Hated to see them leave Payson but the distance between the two restaurants was too great and too dangerous. If you want a fantastic meal, I highly recommend the Red Chopstick!! If you go, tell Simon, Janet, Sadler and Ling Ling that we said hello!!

Nice people GREAT food! Mongolian pork is the best! We LOVE Red Chopstick!

We thoroughly enjoyed eating in this restaurant, since great Chinese food is hard to come by in the valley. We moved from the Bay Area and had great Chinese available to us on any corner. We will travel from the valley just for the food!
