Our parents took us to JOHN'S a LOT in the 60s! The Great Grandparents didn't speak much English but they were the The ORIGINALS! THEIR recipes!! and the VERY KINDEST PPL ON EARTH! Their FAMOUS ITALIAN STEAK SANDWICH (HALF LOAF!) is LEGENDARY! The great grandad said "PICK IT UP WITH YOUR HANDS and EAT it LIKE A SANDWICH"!🤣 RIGHT!!😁 GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! WONDERFUL AMBIANCE. #GENESEECOUNTYHISTORY

I love the food at John's Steak House. There are many choices on the menu and the menu has just been updated to include great combo meals. The combo meals are very large and the prices are so reasonable. My favorite combo meal is the cod with the chicken tenders. It comes with a potato choice and a salad, cole slaw, soup or cottage cheese. What a filling meal. The place now has two flat screen televisions that really add to the family atmosphere. It is a fun place to go and eat.
