I always enjoy the great breakfast specials at this place I've been visiting for years, especially the 99 Cent Coney with my dad when I come to visit from Denver, CO, and my favorite is the Flint style coney.

Service and food is fine, no complaints. Fast service.

The food is Great!!! Amazing conies for just 99 cents!! Which drew me in...
But then ordered a shrimp basket.
Comes with fries and cole slaw for around 7.00 or less..
They heap on the shrimp and fries!!!
The waitress has always been very nice.
The decor is old..but that's probably how they keep their prices low..

I recommend this restaurant!

Toms waitresses hate the police. Yea I said it. The waitress there thinks the police are going to "shoot her" and when we mentioned something to here she said "yea it is sad i have to fear the police, they will shoot me" and continued to talk down to us even with other customers. This white waitress promotes ignorance and defends her stupidity. And as a side note, the food is not all that great. Ok at best. Many places in Flint that are better. Wont be back and will tell everyone I know about the service. Obviously the owner is perfectly fine with her views.
