Dom's Diner Flint Michigan. Nothing family about these people they are nothing but crooks. I ordered a chicken stir fry that did not taste good and was offered to get something else but I had lost my appetite after tasting it and I told them no, I don't want anything else, and instead of just taking it off the bill and charging me for the soup that came with my meal they charged me the full 14.99 price. I was never told that they wouldn't remove it and I'm stuck paying for it. If they would of told me that I would of taken something else.

When the bill came it was 14.99 for chicken stir fry...I said I took a bite and it tasted like sh-t. She tells me just cus you didn't like it you still have to pay for it. well if that's the case and you are forcing me to pay for it, I guess I will take something else. Then they refuse to give me something else for my money, after only maybe 5 minutes prior to asking me if I wanted something else, and then took the offer back.
I will never come back to this place again. They don't care about their customers happiness or satisfaction. All they care is about money. I hope to see this place out of business.
They also have blocked me from Facebook. They have refused to listen to me. People have found hairs (multiple) in their food.

My my my....the Gyro sandwich is the best I've had in years!!!! So good! Staff are great, atmosphere is wonderful and the food is most outstanding. Everything I've had here is really good. We drive 25 miles just to get here. Try the Gyro!!!

We order pick up frequently everything is on time very good hot items are hot never soggy if fried dinners are what you have ordered fresh salads Sicilian is every bit as good as his parents make it 😍 your breakfast selection is wonderful and very tasty your cook is great with the temperature of eggs as well as everything else that we have ordered burgers country fried steaks hot sandwiches Roast Beef is my favorite 😀 your staff is quick friendly and always prompt with making you feel welcomed Great Job Your Doing we will continue to order and dine in thank you for kind speedy and welcoming service

The rude lady is the owners mother. Dominic is the owner and a very nice and courteous young man. His mom n dad used to own Cotys. He needs to not let her help out because she is very abrupt and short with ppl from the time she answers the phone umtil she hangs up. Im getting mad writing this😂

We placed an order through Doordash (And before anyone says this is Doordash f-ing up, no. it was Dom's Diner). This was Valentines day when we placed the order for 3 people. My Wife, Son and Myself. In the order they have a place to say what you want done if there is a problem. We chose for them to contact us. They apparently run out of one of the dishes we ordered. Instead of contacting us as requested they arbitrarily canceled that part of the order even though it would have cost them a quick phonecall.We called Dom's Diner, the person on the phone was very very very rude and abrupt and basically said tough. Will NEVER be ordering from Dom's ever again and will be letting everyone I know as well. Not even worth the one star review, but whatever.

Horrible food the manager needs done training the person who answer the phone before I could tell her why I am calling she her quote exactly' I didn't cook your take out neither did I pack it" so I never mention why u was calling! I was puzzle that she already new there was something wrong with my food! The manager she needs some training! Not a people person! Very unprofessional!
