10/29/2011 - Lost Order, Rude Employee
I recently ordered a birthday cake from Heavenly Cheesecakes well in advance of the occasion. Upon arriving at the business to pick up the cake the lone male employee advised that he had no such order and that I was out of luck. He was rude and basically didn't care about the predicament that this placed me in. People were arriving at our house for the occasion this same date. I asked for the owners phone number but was refused. Later I emailed the owner and she didn't have the decency to respond. I had been a loyal customer for years so this behavior was astonishing.

I recommend that you do not order from this establishment. Their customer service has gone down the tubes.
