While visiting St. Augustine, my husband and I stopped by The Hyppo to cool off with some refreshing popsicles, and the unique flavors like Datil pepper cheesecake and strawberry lemonade truly stood out. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the overwhelming variety of options and even offering chocolate dips to enhance the experience. Each treat was delicious and creatively crafted, making it clear that this is a place worth returning to explore more of their inventive and seasonal offerings.
