First time eating here and it was really good. Food came out in a timely manner and Andres our server was great.

First let me say that my wife and I went on Valentine's Day evening for dinner. But when you approach a restaurant and you see a lot of empty tables, that should be your first clue. It was your typical bad restaurant experience where they sit you at your table and then no waiter to be found. I finally had to flag down a waiter. We finally got our food order in, and as we waited and waited, other parties came, got their food and were finishing before we finally got ours. Which was cold. She obviously screwed up and didn't place our order or the kitchen screwed up. Either way, she should have apologized, kept us informed etc..I did ask where our food was and she just said that it was coming. Never to see her again until much later when the food came. This is the kicker....Yes, I'm that guy that if I get bad service and cold food, I'm going to leave a small tip. But these days, guess what? They stick the card reader in your face and watch you enter the tip. Of course their system started at 20%. She didn't deserve it, but I gave it to her so that I didn't cause a scene. Besides, it was V-day. Better restaurants to choose from!

Absolutely worst service I have had in a while. We complained but it didn't get better.We had to ask for chips n salsa two times before receiving them. Flies everywhere at our table-couldn't swat them away quick enough. They were all over the table and flying and landing on us. The waiter didn't refill our drinks, and we didn't get part of our order. The rest of our order was 40% wrong. The shrimp chimichanga had shrimp shell in 4 bites!!!! If you don't look like a Kardashian, forget it- You will be ignored.

Avocado Mexican grill is terrific. Service and food is top-notch, and price is reasonable. Atmosphere is delightful. We'll definitely go again.

Food wasn’t bad, but the service was awful. They got our order wrong, brought us beef quesadilla instead of chicken. Then proceeded to tell us that they were out of chicken...... Waited almost 45 minutes for our food. Didn’t have hot water to drink... Never once refilled out drinks. Steak fajitas were cold, the manager apologized then tried to give us a “service charge” because we had a baby.... will never go there again.
