We used to love this place, till new owners destroyed the food and service. We previously gave them great google reviews.
We ordered eggs Benedict as always, sauce came brown sweet with no lemon taste at all. So we questioned it and they told us it was fine but refused to taste it. So we never ate the food and the supposed owner still charged us and basically said oh well! Not nice people and food was terrible. Several other people complained. They lost our business and all of our friends and neighbors.

Wonderful people wonderful bagels 5.99 breakfast. The smile up front so welcoming little miss behind the counter made our month she completely loved and adored her mother to see such love I have become a regular. This is what the world needs KINDESS. Thank you for showing my kids and mother love we will be coming back! I would give the food 10 stars 🌟 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

The food is subpar and expensive. The staff is rude and their behavior is appalling. The bathroom is disgusting and the food prep area isn’t much better. The blond woman behind the counter needs to be medicated. The management is clearly in way over their head. NEVER again!

The worst whitefish salad ever sold. Not even whitefish. Some other filler. Used sour cream also. Disgusting.

The worst...service was horrible and the wait was herendus. 40 min for 2 sandwiches with 4 other tables at lunch time. Overstuffed sandwich was more like anorexia sandwich. Coleslaw was tasteless and the sour pickle was bad. Don't waste your time and money.

We are actually sitting in the restaurant now. We should have left 5 min after we got here. They sat us at a table for two that is not big enough for one person not two to be relax and comfortable. We sat for quite awhile with waitresses walked passed us many times without even acknowledging us. We finally saw a server. We moved to a larger table when one emptied a few min later which seemed to annoy the waitress. I ordered an egg sandwich with amer cheese which was invisible. I ask for more cheese and they charged me $1 for 1/2 a slice and there was a very small slice of ham. We ordered coffee when we sat down and tried continuously to get a waitress to refill our cups while eating. We finally got one of the table cleaners, who was the only accommodating person, to get us more coffee.
Not one of the waitresses are friendly, not one ever had a smile on their face. It was a very unpleasant meal to say the least

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. The boss told me she hoped I would get COVID-19 after I nicely told her that her employee left a dirty dustpan near the register. She said she wears a mask and that is enough. She said I was ugly and told me to leave her store. DO NOT GO HERE!! If you care about cleanliness, your health, and supporting businesses that are grateful and care about their customers, then THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

Food is good but service is awful. Placed bagel order to go by phone and paid in advance. Was Asked how much to add for tip To which I stated “for a bag of bagels?” Their response was “ service isn’t free.” I caved and added tip. Got home and realized my extra bagel wasn’t included. Called them to make sure I was entitled to it and when she said yes I asked for her name so that when I come in to pick it up I know who I spoke to. She hung up on me. Keep treating your customers this way and you’ll end up closeD down. Bad reviews do add up.

The new owners have ruined a really nice neighborhood bagel store. The new employees are rude and not very competent. The prices are jacked up to the point where 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 3 drinks are over $32 and they forget to give you the whole order and when you return, they don't even apologize. i used to be a regular...that's over.
