My best friend and I picked out a bear at Build a Bear Workshop, added a vibrating heart, and I recorded a special song for our granddaughter, making it smell like me before sending it off to Connecticut. Later, we explored Countryside Mall, where I enjoyed the easy parking, the nostalgic vibe, and a delicious chicken pho from a little booth that quickly became my new favorite.
