There's a BBQ joint I love that's just a quick drive from my house in Florida. The owner, James, is super involved in the community, and I always appreciate supporting someone who gives back. The food is fantastic, especially the brisket and those crispy fries, making it a must-try for anyone in the area!

Jan 5, 2018. We come from western NC and we know BBQ. This was the worst eating out experience we have ever had. No place to sit. Meal served in a plastic box. No knife. No ketchup for fries. No butter for cornbread. "Service" was terrible: our friends got their meal 10 minutes before we did and we all ordered at the same time- we finally had to go up and ask for our meals. No black-eyed peas and only one serving of mac/cheese, which was dry. The BBQ itself we would give a "D". Not much of it and lots of fat. We went with friends from home. Embarrassed. We will NEVER go back.
