The Edison Restaurant offers a unique dining experience in a beautifully repurposed old power plant, featuring a warm atmosphere and attentive service from staff like Hailey and manager Andrea, who go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The menu includes standout dishes such as the salmon with a crispy crust, pork chop, and seasonal items like the mermaid cocktail and peach cobbler, though some items and cocktails can be inconsistent. While the food and overall vibe are generally enjoyable, occasional delays and variability in service and meal quality prevent it from being perfect every time.
