Dining at Shima on Sanibel Island was an incredible experience, with an entertaining chef who kept us engaged throughout the meal. The quality of the food, from sushi to hibachi, was exceptional, especially the tuna steak and seafood dishes, all prepared with great care and flavor. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the interactive cooking added a fun and unique touch that made it perfect for families and groups alike.

On our last night at Sanibel Island, we decided to check out Shima, and it was a blast! The chef kept us entertained while whipping up some seriously delicious food, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family dinner. We were so impressed that we can't wait to go back and try more of their menu, especially that homemade octopus!
