Nice atmosphere but with the dumpster lids open, the smell and the birds it was not a nice environment. Won’t be back.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. And, as a customer service executive, and a graduate of the William P Carey school of Business at the Arizona State University Executive Summit on Customer Service Excellence, I have heard the horror stories of really bad customer service--from Marriott to Hilton to Americsn Airlines. But, I have rarely heard of a customer being cussed out by a manager when asking for their name so that my review could be accurate. As a full-time resident of Marco Island, I have frequented the Sunset Grill with my wife, friends, and clients--but no more. I will no longer recommend this establishment to anyone. The staff has gotten very rude in the last year and a half, but it cannot be blamed on COVID. I believe the staff is in very serious need of customer sensitivity training. Or, perhaps, a new staff from the manager down to the hostesses. Very sad. Please do not waste your time or money here. Call me for exceptional restaurants that appreciate their customers on Marco Island.
