There are numerous excellent Chinese restaurants in the Spring Hill area, but I make the drive from Hudson just to get takeout from this one. Each time I've ordered, the food has been consistently fantastic, especially the egg foo young and hot and sour soup, which have become personal favorites.

King Chef has very good food on all the items we have tried. It is mainly a take out now. It was very near to our home and about 10 years ago they moved to this location. We call our order in and it is on time.
