I ordered passion fruit boba but it's really taste like green tea I really not hate on this place but I really thought it's will be passion fruit. Sadly it's was green tea and for the ball I ordered passion ball but it's tasted like coffee with something else. I really appreciate next time when anyone come in it's will be right. But the decorations is good the games are fun but my boba was not right

I have been a regular at this boba shop for quite some time. The changes in decor over the years have been interesting to witness. The drinks are consistently excellent and the atmosphere is welcoming. I look forward to visiting again soon.

This place should be called the 'Art of Bogus'. My husband and I showed up at 8:00pm on a Saturday (1/11/2020 to be exact) but were told by three guys who worked there that they were closed even though the hours posted on Google, Yelp and their Facebook page is 9:00am to 11:00pm on Saturdays. When I pointed out that their posted hours were until 11:00pm on Saturday, they just said 'sorry' and proceeded to turn off the lights. We had been there on two previous occasions when we arrived at 7:30pm (30 minutes before the 8:00pm closing time) and were told they were out of boba both times! Although Katie (the person who served us on these two occasions) was very nice and explained that they make the boba fresh every day so they usually run out before the end of the day, if you are constantly running out of boba before the end of the day, doesn't that tell you you're not making enough??? They do call themselves the Art of BOBA, after all. And if you're closing early because you don't have enough business (which wouldn't surprise me given their horrendous customer service), maybe you should change your hours instead of closing whenever you feel like it and wasting people's time (an hour+ round trip for us).

Service was unacceptable..... I nor my grand daughter will not be going there again. The order taker/cashier was very rude. When my grand daughter called for directions ( because this was our first visit) we were told to google it and get the directions. I being a senior citizen was offended being talked to in such a degrading manner. There was another employee who witnessed his rudeness. but said nothing to his being a youth and talking to an adult, let alone customer , in the manner that he did.
