With a creative menu that caters to both vegetarians and meat-eaters, I enjoyed the crunchy rice tot appetizer, loved the well-balanced Korean Rice Bowl, appreciated the generous portions of vegan sushi rolls, and was impressed by our attentive waiter Jorge, while noting that some dishes like the roasted beet appetizer and macro bowl fell short of expectations.
