Today, I savored the blackened Mahi Tacos while my kids enjoyed a Cuban and lamb sliders, but nothing compared to the incredible blue cheese bacon burger my wife relished. Four years after my last visit, the Islander Food Shack greeted us with its refreshing atmosphere, delectable dishes like the Jamaican meat pies, and the same warm service from Lisa, making every moment of our return feel like a long-awaited reunion.
