I had the opportunity to try Thai food for the first time at a food truck event at Ridge Community High School, and it exceeded my expectations. We ordered the Thai Sweet and Sour with chicken and some egg rolls, and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and generous portions. The staff was incredibly friendly and made everything fresh to order, which made the experience even more enjoyable, and I left eager to explore more options from food trucks in the future.
