So we were invited by some very close friends to attend this place for New Year's eve bash. I was a little skeptical by one the reviews and the price tag of $ 209.00,+, +, + per person. And all the extra pluses were drinks. Included gratitude and believe or not ice cubes, come on who does that ?
So we arrive and they couldn't figure out where to seat us couldn't be inside to the right it was full, couldn't be to the left ... family get together with owners family. So back outside we went next to the loudspeaker. We could barely talk let alone order anything. Poor waiter was the owners stepson and he looked terrified. We all felt so bad for him anytime he talked, like he was waiting for someone to yell at him.

Every drink order was wrong at first, our awesome 3 forkful salad option was first, the eggplant rollantini, which was amazing, then boxed pasta Rigatoni Bolognese was sub-par at best.
Main course Chicken Rollantini with mashed potatoes and misc veggies looked awesome but Ice cold. 3 out of 3 plates at table. And 1 shrimp Risotto which was luke warm.

Unfortunately had to send cold food back, manager no where to be seen and asked another waitress for a manager and a short bald headed man with what I call little man syndrome came out turned down the loudspeaker and asked what was wrong. After explaining to little man which later was discovered was the owner. He snapped his fingers and everything on the table was gone in an instant. Forty-five minutes later still no return food, almost an hour we got our food and it literally was ice cold like before maybe even colder. Again no sight of anyone. We asked the other wait staff for our waiter 3 times another manager came out, nice lady dressed in white ... never to be seen again. We got our champaign toast at 1150 which was nice and dessert about the same time.

My feelings are simple I'll wait for my and others food as long as it is hot or at least close. Little man owner everytime I was walking toward him saw me and went another way, evading me at all costs. The bill never came we sat in the cigar section for a few and the waiter looked like he had lost his puppy. My wife had to go ask for a bill.

If all you can do is serve cold food to people and not try to make an effort, well little man (owner) you need serious help, but not with anymore of my hard earned money.

I hope your father isn't rolling over too much leaving this place to you. You are destroying what he built.
