Antipasti was 3 or 4 shriveled, cold, pieces of grilled veggie with dressing on it. Lasagna was noodles with sauce and a dollop of cold ricotta cheese on top. Chicken Parmesan was OK but nothing to brag about. The prices are outrageous in my opinion. I had gift certificates for $50. Our dinner was $42,00, not including tax (which I had to pay in cash) or tip. I was given an $8 gift card for the difference. However, when I returned to spend the $8, I was told the gift card had not been validated. Then was accused of already using it. I never intended to go back after our first visit because the food was so disappointing, but figured I'd give it one last chance since I had the gift card. I shouldn't have wasted my time giving them a second chance, They are just not worth it. Our waiter was nice on our first visit. And I do like how they served a bottle of chilled water to the table, but short of that, I have nothing good to say about Oggi. Save you palate and money. There are much better Italian Restaurants in Gainesville.
