I went in there a few weeks ago with my daughters. No other customers were in the store. There was someone behind the counter making a batch of waffles. No one spoke a word to my daughters or myself, not even a hello. She just kept on making her mini waffle batch. Then another guy came on from the kitchen area and he also ignored me. I finally asked if we were in the right place to order. She said yes and kept on working and finally came over like 3 minutes later , took our order and we left almost. Total time 15 minutes to get two shakes. It was the weirdest experience and I will not be going back.
