I come to fort myers every 6 months for work and usually look forward to dining at your restaurant for the good food, good service and entertainment upstairs; however, on 12/22/19 at 5 pm ish the visit was very disappointing. I walked in to go upstairs and the young girl informed me upstairs was not open so I then sat at the downstairs bar which was extremely loud. There were 3 young men behind the bar. A friend came in and joined me to which I was praising the restaurant to. To her right was a basket of half eaten bread, dirty napkins in a pile and a glass which was never cleared the entire time we were there. We had to ask for a drink and menu, as 2 of the guys were talking one of which he id himself as in training the other stating he was there for just about a yr. My friend had to ask for a water 3 times and upon 3rd to a tall dark complexed guy who had no personality and was preceived getting the water was a bother to him to get one. Recieved the food and brought mayo in a cup instead of blue cheese for my salad:, getting utensils were a great struggle. To be tended to we had to wave our arms hands high in the air and even that still was a struggle to get the attention. Food was just ok. When I asked about the upstairs music the guy with the facial hair stated" no more music:, we make more money to rent the room"...very disappointing! We finished eating and all 3 kept walking by talking to each other with no notice on us. The couple to my left was the same situation with that high pizza stand emptied and their plates as well which they kept pushing towards the guys when they walked by but of course no pic up. This was a very disappointing dinning experience as well as extremely frustrating. For the $ of your meals I would expect better service. Your restraunt has really change since i was last down here 6 months ago. I sure wish I could have told you personally what is going on in your restaurant without posting but could not get contact info to you direct. Owner needs to go in and see what is going on , like the Boss show who disguised themself and enter their own business to see the reality. I think business has probably declined as your sign states Now Open to give impression it is new. I sure hope you don't close because of your staff....I will miss it!

4 of us visited for the first time 5/21/19. We had 2 chicken parms, a small gluten free pizza, and chicken Marsala. Food was very good. Service was fast and attentive. Thank you.

Went to your place for Mothers day and it was terrible. Not only was the food really bad but it was cold . Had chicken parm and baked ziti. Bad, bad, bad. Arrived at 2;45 and was out in less than an hour. Meal was served to soon , no time to relax. Traveled some 70 miles round trip for nothing and will not do it again.
Next time I want to spend $50.+ for dinner. it wouldn't be your place
