We LOVE RRS. We frequent the Pensacola location, my stepmom has always raves about it. We were so excited when they came to pace. Prices are high (and not available online unless you search for different menus, but the one on their site does not) we’ve ALWAYS had great experiences. This last time, not so much. First, no masks and people sitting at every table, no distancing which is just sad to see. We got a Togo order. $82. 2 kids meals with filet mignon and rice and 3 sides of rice with filet mignon. Some other things too, but this issue is with the mignon. Kids meals $9.95 sides rice with mignon, $10.95 ( we didn’t know when ordering cuz no prices) anyway, between the 3 sides there was 5 pieces of meat. Three in 1 side, 2 in one and none in the last. FOR $11!!!!! When I called the OWNER TOLD ME NO REFUNDS. Even tho I paid with credit AND CASH. Offered me 2 free sides of rice with mignon next time. Your the OWNER AMY and YOU CANT ACCESS your OWN $???? I know times are hard, but if your gonna charge $11 for sides of rice, there better be meat in them.

This is the most unprofessional establishment i have ever dealt with in my entire life. To start the “owner†verbalized being “too busy†to take a to go order and have us pay over the telephone. When questioned the prices I was told I would only have gotten a rough estimate on the prices (the prices were not listed online) when questioned why she couldn’t look at a menu or if she was the owner why she didn’t know the prices she then gave me prices on all my items. My 17 year old went to pick up the food and she was very rude and stared to her that since I wanted to know the price of everything that here is a menu and gave her a hard time about getting an itemized receipt. Upon calling and speaking with the same woman again I verified with another location of the situation and they agreed with me that her behavior was completely unacceptable. In this hard times I was trying to help local businesses, however, this is an establishment that will never get my business again! I would give zero if I could
