The owner serves very delicious "Pho" and Hue-style beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue), among others. His soups are authentic and delicious. They reminisce the true tastes I've enjoyed in times past, back home. Even after enjoying the broth to the last drops, I didn't suffer from any of MSG reactions like I did at countless other Vietnamese restaurants. Further, a short conversation with him revealed to me his care in preparing his foods, a hallmark of a good chef. Definitely a place to frequent!
