How hard is it to make what I order, you just listen and let the maker know how I and my party will like our food it’s so simple, I say I would like a chocolate sundae with novelty chocolate on top and presto I get what I ordered not vanilla or any other toppings. The heavy set girl at the window ( I apologize I do not know her name) took our order I repeated and asked if she understood she repeated yes do you guy have peppermint chocolate chip ice cream not let me grab vanilla ice cream and throw ninja turtle dressing and call it peppermint ICE CREAM explain sir we do not have that flavor because it is not out flavor of the day however we can take vanilla and throw ninja turtle dressing and pass it off as peppermint chocolate chip ice cream will that be ok. This is the second time with the same girl that she messed up last time we asked for chocolate ice cream and we both got vanilla after I spoke to the manager who said he heard what happened and apologize they were new rookies who were just being trained what her excuse now? Then there was the ice cream maker another heavy set girl again I apologize don’t know her name who had an attitude with me like we were the problem not the person who took the order and when I asked for a manager I got someone who was not a manager who in her eyes the customer is wrong and backed up both girls. If I ask for a manager I should get a manager not someone playing one on tv. It’s so simple to listen and if you don’t understand ask and I’ll repeat if I ask a question and you truly don’t know the answer find out and let me know my options but if all the ingredients are there give me what I want and just maybe your lines will go through a lot faster. By the way the heavy set girl that took the order all she gives you is her back she won’t even face you good customer service.
