My friend and I walked in at 10:45am and placed a order: cappuccino, latte, 2 breakfast sandwiches, muffin and a side of Nutella. 10 mins after we placed the order I received a hashbtown, than we were told that the computer had a glitch and our order has to be rung again. At 11:30am we still didn’t get our coffees and people that came way after us were getting their coffees. I approached the employee s and their response was that there’s a computer glitch and our ticket was placed last and that because they gave me 1 hashbrown that’s why they are behind.i asked them, can you please prioritize our ticket and give us our coffee. The response was “ we are doing our best and they have to follow the order of the tickets. I asked for a refund and went to The Red Bud Cafe
